Qualifications
1. Approved by the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services Division of Emergency Medical Services.
2. Licensed as a Proprietary School by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth.
3. The Basic Trauma Life Support curriculum is approved by ITLS of Michigan and will allow successful students to be ITLS certified after completion of the course.
4. The Advanced Cardiac Life Support curriculum follows the AHA recommended guidelines which will allow successful students to be certified in ACLS

Financing
1. Tuition Financing available to allow students to have flexible payment plans.
2. Authorized to accept Michigan Merit Award Scholarships (MEAP).
3. Some students eligible for assistance through Michigan Works!
4. Discounts on tuition are available.

EMT Course Schedule

EMT classes begin each Winter, Summer and Fall. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our Summer course begins June 3, 2008

Winter and Fall classes are offered from 12:30 pm - 4:30 PM or from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and are 4 months long.

Summer classes are offered from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM and are 2 months long.

Upon completion students will recieve a BLS Healthcare Provider Card.

Our Summer course begins June 3.

Specialist and Paramedic Course Schedule

Specialist/Paramedic courses begin each spring and fall. The spring course meets on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00 - 5:00 PM and lasts for 12 months. The fall course meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 - 10:00 PM and lasts for 17 months. Each course is followed by a three month internship.

ITLS and ACLS certification are included in our Paramedic course.

Our Spring course begins April 22, 2008.
